「ウィニングイレブン8」からマスターリーグの選手たちには“成長要素”が追加されました。
これにより選手は年齢とともに能力に変化が出てきたり、ある一定の年齢になると引退することになりました。
今作では成長要素はプレイヤーの任意でオン・オフの切り替えができるようです。
成長の概念を楽しむ方にも、成長があることでうまくチーム作りができなかった方にとっても
どちらの方にも楽しめるようになりました。選手の成長曲線も今回からは表示するか非表示するかを選べるようになっています。
